Barbara has seen and negotiated it all – judgments, HOA dues, upcoming foreclosure sales, tax liens, utility liens, subordinate mortgages etc. She draws on her plethora of experience each day to help homeowners get out from under burdensome debt to avoid foreclosure at all costs.
She assists with all aspects of any real estate transaction, including the preparation of purchase agreements and other documents, due diligence analysis and resolution of title and survey issues, and organizing and assisting with transaction closings.
