Completely Accessible
I was referred to Matt from a friend who had a great experience dealing with Matt and his staff, so I contacted Matt . From the initial phone call he made me feel extremely comfortable. I was kinda embarrassed about my situation but upon meeting with Matt and his staff at his office , I was completely at ease.
He explained the process for my situation very quickly and thoroughly . They kept me updated throughout the entire process and Matt himself was completely accessible the entire time.
