After 2 years of failed negotiations an associate strongly recommended I have Matt take over all aspects of my short sale. I was losing my buyer and fighting a seriously notorious financial group (google: lawsuits of OCWEN). Knowing full well Ocwen would be a nightmare Matt went to battle. Despite having already lost 2 years, Matt sustained the buyer's confidence till the deal was done. Matt negotiated a much better deal than what was rejected years earlier!
