Excellent and Always Responsive
I had a very complicated financial situation. I am a small business owner and when the economy changed a few years ago, I could never get caught up with all sorts of bills. I knew I needed expert help. I then talked to some family and friends and they had given me a few names, and eventually we met with Attorney Desrochers. At our first meeting, he really made myself and my wife feel comfortable with the process and how he could help us. He was able to explain things in a simple manner without all the legal talk.
My situation was complicatedand he was able to get us into a bankruptcy court in a timely manner. His staff was excellent, always responsive and returned phone calls and emails despite my lack of knowledge. Once the case was filed a creditor started to create waves for me and my wife, but after extensive litigation and negotiation, he was able to get the case dismissed permanently.
I would never have to deal with this financial mess again, and my wife and I could go back to raising our family.
